Mother's Day Pamper Party Terms & Conditions

  1. Event: The Mother’s Day Pamper Party (“the event”) will be held on March 13th, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST at Shades Of Elegance located at 18800B Preston Rd Suite #312, Dallas, TX 75252. This event is only open to attendees who have registered in advance on soebeautylounge.com on or before March 11th, 2023 and who have submitted a $30 registration fee. During the event, all attendees will receive 20% off services provided by Shades of Elegance.

  2. Acknowledgement and agreement: By registering for the event and providing payment for the registration fee, the registered attendee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions as put forth in this document.

  3. Registration Deadline: Individuals may register to attend the event until March 10th, 2023. At it’s sole discretion, Shades of Elegance may extend this period or permit an individual to register late if there are available spaces remaining.

  4. Registration Fee: During registration, the attendees will submit a $30 payment to reserve their spot during the event. This registration fee will be applied to services performed by Shades of Elegance during the event. The registration fee cannot be utilized to pay for services performed at any other time.

  5. Scheduled Time For Services To Be Rendered: After registration, registered attendee will be contacted by Shades of Elegance via phone, email and/or text message to schedule their specific services, provide pricing and to schedule the registered attendees time for services to be rendered by Shades of Elegance during the event. It is the responsibility of the registered attendee to accept and return communications from Shades of Elegance to facilitate their scheduling and failure to do so may result in the registered attendee being unable to receive all desired or requested services during the event.

  6. Cancellations & Refunds:

    1. Shades of Elegance reserves the right to cancel the event with or without notice and will provide a refund or store credit of the paid registration in the event of cancellation if:

      1. There are less than 15 registered attendees for the event.

      2. Due to an unexpected or unforeseen emergency.

      3. For any other reason that may present a hazard or risk to Shades of Elegance, it’s employees and contractors, or attendees.

    2. Registered attendees who have paid the registration fee have the right to cancel and receive a refund if they submit their cancellation and refund request by 11:00 AM CST on March 10th, 2023 via email (office@soebeautylounge.com), by phone (469-661-9011) or through the contact form located at soebeautylounge.com/contact. If a valid refund request is received within the designated time frame, the registration fee will be refunded to the original payment method by Shades of Elegance within 5 business days but may take longer to process depending on the registered attendees financial institution.

    3. Registered Attendees that do not cancel before 11:00 AM CST on March 10th, 2023 and/or do not attendee the event acknowledge and agree that their registration fee will be converted to a non-refundable status and no refund or credit will be issued by Shades of Elegance, its’ employees, contractors or affiliates for the registration fee.
